The EU Transatlantic Rising Stars program invites European Union citizens to apply for three distinct cohorts:
- Six visual artists will engage with local American communities and pair with American artists.
- Five filmmakers will travel across the USA, attending major festivals and meeting industry professionals in Hollywood.
- Five songwriters will collaborate with American musicians in Cleveland and record in studios.
All cohorts will converge in Washington, D.C., in June 2027 for a final showcase.
